Approximately 85% of our residents are members of the KRROA
OUR HISTORY
The original bridge from Anna Maria Island to School Key was built in 1957. Construction of the community to become known as Key Royale began soon thereafter.
In 1967 the “Key Royale Resident Owners Association” (KRROA) was established as a voluntary organization to help promote a neighborly environment.
Over the past twenty years KRROA has taken the responsibility of beautifying and maintaining the Key Royale medians. This work is supported by the generous financial contributions of our neighbors and sponsors.
