RESIDENT INFORMATION

1.     The Key Royale Resident Owners Association (KRROA) is a voluntary membership organization formed to encourage a friendly community within our neighborhood, compliance with county and state regulations and enhance the beauty of the neighborhood through maintenance and improvements of medians.  The KRROA Board of Directors meets monthly Jan-May and Sep-Dec.  We encourage residents to provide input to any Board member and to get involved in committee work.  All members of the KRROA Board and all committee positions are volunteer and unpaid.

2.     Member dues are $60 and are collected annually in January.  Residents are encouraged to contribute to the KRROA Beautification Fund each year to support median maintenance and improvement efforts.  We appreciate the contributions we receive annually from residents and encourage everyone to contribute to this important fund!

3.     The KRROA Directory is provided as a service to residents.  The Directory contains residents’ contact information as well as local business advertisements.  The funds collected from advertisers pay for production and printing of the annual directory.  We encourage you to check your directory for the name and contact information of a local business when you need help or ideas for places to go to eat or shop!

4.     The information in the Directory needs to be continually updated and maintained.  The best way to do this is for residents to utilize the KRROA website (krroa.org).  At this website, you can create a username and password to access the “members only” portal.  You can add or update your contact information including preferred mailing address, telephone numbers and email addresses at this website.  Alternatively, you can contact the board at admin@krroa.org or at KRROA Administrator, P.O. Box 1203, Holmes Beach, FL  34218-1203 or contact any Board member (Board member contact information is in this Directory).
